3 ply and 5 ply corrugated board: single wall and double wall

Paper grades (kraft or test liner, medium weight) are set per order to balance strength and cost. Not sure which board you need? Send the product weight, stacking height and transport route, and we will propose a construction.
B flute and BC flute corrugated board — which one?

B flute corrugated board is the usual choice for printed cartons and die-cut parts; BC flute corrugated board (double wall) is used when the box has to carry high stacking loads, for example in export containers.
Custom size corrugated sheets
- Cut to your length × width, in 3 ply or 5 ply, any flute we run (A, B, C, E, BC).
- Flute direction: tell us which side must run parallel to the flutes — the flute direction is the direction that carries compression load.
- Waste-optimised sizes: we check your sheet size against our machine width and suggest small adjustments that lower the price.
- Uses: box converting on your own die-cutters, pallet layer pads, slip sheets, inserts and partitions.
