Minh Phuc Packaging Co., Ltd is a corrugated box manufacturer in Vietnam, with its own factory in Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Since 2011 we have made corrugated boxes, printed brown boxes (3-ply and 5-ply), die-cut cartons, dividers, corrugated sheets and offset-printed paper boxes to each customer's size, for factories and distributors in southern Vietnam. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015, certified by SGS.

Printing: flexo, offset and digital
Shipping cartons are printed by flexo directly on the corrugated board, for logos, handling marks and product information. Retail boxes are printed on 5-colour offset presses for photo-quality graphics, then laminated, die-cut and glued. Digital printing is used for samples and prototypes, so you can check the design before the production run.
Factory capacity
- 9,000 m² factory: 6,000 m² flexo workshop and 2,000 m² offset workshop
- Corrugator for B, C, A and E flutes, running at up to 150 m/min
- Over 100,000 products per day, using around 1,200 tonnes of paper per month
Quality control and certifications
Our in-house QC lab measures box compression (BCT), edge crush (ECT), ring crush (RCT), bursting strength, Cobb water absorption and basis weight, so each production lot is checked with instruments rather than by hand. Certificate: ISO 9001:2015, issued by SGS. Details are on the certifications page.
Cartons meet export standards for international markets, including the EU and the US.
Location and delivery
The factory is at 34-36-36A Street No. 9, Quarter 5, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on the north-east edge of the city next to the Binh Duong and Dong Nai industrial areas. We deliver to customers' warehouses in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An.
Lead time: Corrugated sheets: within 3 days. Cartons, pads and partitions: within 3–5 days. Offset printed boxes: within 7–10 days. New items: add 1 day after you approve the artwork and colour proof (sample box, Pantone…).
How to request a quote
Send us the inside dimensions (length × width × height, in mm), the quantity per order, the weight of the goods in each box, your print requirements and logo file, and the delivery address and date.
